This
special package includes my keynote speech, violin
performance and live classical background music. The
background music is a variety of popular classical
selections softly performed while people dine and
converse. This special feature will create an
atmosphere of class and ambience throughout your event.
I
offer all of this for the same price as my regular
keynote. If you are looking for an after-dinner speaker
that will bring beauty, class and motivation to your
special event, please consider my program. I
promise to make your affair a special and memorable
experience.

Creative
Visualization:
Creating the Vision
One of the most important qualities talented people
possess is creative visualization. Visualization
is not something we learn how to do. It is something
we do all the time. You cannot execute the smallest
task without it being a thought first. Everything
we do in life is a thought first. In this program
I will take this very natural quality and explain
how to use it as a skill so it can be practiced
on a daily basis. This technique is perfect for
achieving daily goals and improving efficiency. |
| |
The
Joy of Hard Work and Commitment
Talented people understand the joy of hard work
and commitment. Growth, commitment and success
can only be achieved through hard work. The trick
is to not look for easy answers, but rather learn
to enjoy hard work. Discover the thrill of long-term
commitment and a lifetime of passion. Success
can only be measured by the effort and joy it
took to attain it. This presentation will remind
you how to compete in the name of fun, for without
fun there can be no creativity, and without creativity
there can be no talent. |

Team
Building
As concertmaster of several professional violin
sections, I have learned the skill of bringing
together a group of individual violinists and
teaching them to play as one violin. A violin
section of great individual soloists will never
sound as good as a violin section of lesser skilled
players who know how to perform as one cohesive
unit. This program will make you aware of the
importance of teamwork and give you techniques
to create a great team using musical analogies
and entertainment. |
| |
Leadership
As a leader of many professional violin sections,
I believe I have learned the secrets of gaining
people's trust, which in turn allows me to lead
them. The job of a concertmaster is to lead the
violin section to play together, play in tune
and to follow phrasings and bowings. This program
will help you understand how to walk the thin
line between showing strength and being abusive
and between asking and preaching. The bottom line
is that you will get the best results if people
like you and trust you. Through story telling
and musical examples, I will help you learn how
to get your employees to trust you and follow
you without the need of force or anger. |

Teaching
confidence lessons:
Developing a Strong Sense of Confidence
One quality that successful and talented people
have in common is that they compare themselves
to no one. They do what they have to do on their
terms alone. They are in denial about absolutely
nothing, therefore they are able to correct their
weaknesses, and we all have weaknesses. We make
the mistake of believing that only focusing on
the things we do very well attains confidence.
The truth is, confidence is attained by having
a complete understanding of self, and this means
good, bad and otherwise. Confidence is knowing,
not convincing. This program will give you a deeper
insight into fears, blocks and denial and the
methods needed to overcome them. |
| |
The
Inner World of the Child Prodigy and the Genius
This insightful presentation will prove that contrary
to most beliefs, talent and genius are not unexplainable
phenomenons. Genius is a quality, a state of mind
and a connection with self that is accessible
to anyone who is willing to understand the principles
involved. This program will take you on an in
depth journey into the nature of thoughts, beliefs
and attitudes. It will make you aware of your
own creativity and genius and show you how to
teach it to others. |

The
Difference Between “Doing the Best You Can”
and “Doing Whatever it Takes”
This inspiring program will make you aware of
beliefs and philosophies that may not be working
for you anymore. As we go through life we choose
beliefs that suit us for that particular time.
We then see ourselves and our world through the
eyes of those beliefs. The problem occurs when
we refuse to let go of old beliefs because we
think our beliefs are truths. We are in a constant
state of change, therefore our beliefs must also
be in a constant state of change. You cannot change
a truth, you can only change a belief. This talk
will convince you that you have the freedom to
choose any belief you desire that will help you
reach your goal. Brilliant people have this freedom. |
| |
How
personal change affects our lives:
The laws of Personal Change
Talented people understand the laws of personal
change. Change is one of most difficult things
you will ever do. On the road to any goal there
must be constant changes and adjustments if success
is to be attained. Unfortunately most people are
not prepared for the difficulties of change and
therefore give up to soon. This program will teach
you how personal change affects our lives, make
you aware of the importance of change, give you
the powerful techniques that will teach you how
to make a change and give you a complete understanding
of what difficulties to expect while making a
change. The only thing that will make change easier
is to be prepared and to know what kind of armor
to wear into battle. |
