is ideas and techniques.
A
few Words From North Wood...
Thank
you for your interest in my program. As a motivational
speaker from Southern CA, I have given presentations
to major corporations, colleges, associations and
organizations throughout the country. I am a consultant,
writer, teacher, and have appeared on over twenty
television programs discussing my techniques regarding
the nature of talent and achievement. I have worked
with eight international speakers bureaus and the
National Speakers Association.
Talent simply means the ability to do something very
well, very quickly. My motivational and educational
leadership speaker programs are about reaching goals,
realizing desires and the techniques that make them
a reality. Talent is made up of many different attributes
and qualities, all of which are categorized in my
video. When these qualities are understood, they can
be applied to any area in which a corporation, association,
college or individual wishes to excel. All
of my talks are customized to fit the needs of each
individual group.
I
have much experience in understanding the nature of
talent and achievement. I have worked with such world
famous award-winning artists as Barbra Streisand,
Whitney Houston, Andrew Lloyd Webber, John Williams,
Tony Bennett and many more. I have won competitions,
played on soundtracks for Academy Award winning movies,
recorded with Grammy Award winning artists, performed
major violin concertos with symphony orchestras and
performed with nationally recognized major orchestral
ensembles.
Please note that another aspect of my presentation
that has proven very popular is a flashy violin selection
I perform at the end of my presentation as a finale.
Music is also played while people are entering
and being seated. All performances are complete with
accompaniment. The classical music element of my talk
is also perfect for banquets, breakfasts and luncheons
as music is performed while people are eating and
dining. If you are looking for a presentation that
is fresh, unique and original, please consider my
program.
Learner
Outcomes
I use a combination of relaxation and focusing techniques I acquired as a certified clinical therapist designed to be practiced daily. The people who attend my presentations will not only
have a clear understanding of what it takes to reach
their goals, but will also leave with down to earth
practical techniques that will reinforce this philosophy
and bring into their daily lives tangible and physical
results.
As
a violinist I also know of the failures and disappointments
on the road to success. Unfortunately, these issues
are not commonly discussed, as they do not sell tapes
and products. However, I believe that for one to achieve
true success on all levels, there must be a broad
and comprehensive understanding of exactly what to
expect on the journey, and how to deal with failure
when it inevitably occurs. Many people give up too
soon because they have not been prepared for these
disappointments. I believe that knowledge is the greatest
"technique" of all.
